Pitcher Partners welcomes employees and clients identifying as LGBTQIA+

As a firm committed to the well-being of our people, clients and communities, we want to improve awareness of LGBTQIA+ challenges and foster inclusion of community members and their allies.

Pitcher Partners Diversity & Inclusion Committee: The committee are taking active steps to cultivate a culture of respect, equality, and opportunity for all, regardless of background or identity.

Wear it Purple Day: The D&I Committee organise an event for Wear it Purple Day each year, to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ employees, and hear from members and allies to the community. The event allows our employees with the opportunity to increase their knowledge and awareness of inclusion, and learn how to be an ally to help shape a better world for us all to live in.
