UChat’s history started in 2019, it was founded by Matthew Miao, Peter Liu, and Joyce Lin. The creation of UChat is coming from the idea to automate a business without coding. Since 2020, the company started to develop UChat features, started from creating a system that allows the client to build their own chatbot with UChat flow builder, to creating a chatbot in messenger, a voice channel where clients can build their virtual voice assistant, and another chatbot features.
UChat now provides services in chatbot specialty in many platforms; Telegram, SMS, Slack, WeChat, Google Business Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp, and many more. UChat is not only providing chatbot but another automation for digital business activities.
UChat officially launched its product to the public in 2021, and Uchat had already launched a mobile app in June 2022. As of recent development, UChat product has been used in more than 80 countries, by more than 2,000 businesses. UChat’s headquarter is located in Mount Waverley, Australia.
