Transport for NSW Graduate Programs & Internships

  • Transport & Logistics

With over 25,000 people working right across NSW, we drive the continual development of safe, integrated and efficient transport systems such as road, rail and maritime networks.

We’re committed to delivering better transport for the future of NSW, shaping our cities, centres and communities for generations to come. Right now, we’re delivering an ambitious and once-in-a-generation $72.2 billion program of public infrastructure works – the largest transport infrastructure program in Australia’s history. That means more job opportunities than ever before in metropolitan and regional areas right across the state – and your chance to make a lasting impact that will benefit generations to come.

If you think Transport for NSW is home only to engineers, tradies and mechanics, think again. We've got roles you may not expect to see at Transport – from drone operators to graphic designers, Crash Lab technicians to boating safety officers, bridge engineers to demand planners, and all kinds of experts in between. In an organisation that’s as large, diverse and dynamic as Transport for NSW, there are thousands of opportunities.

But it’s not just about what we do – it’s the way that we do it. We’re taking a new approach to the way we work. We’re embracing new technology and new ways of working. We’re building an open work culture where our people from a diverse range of backgrounds can thrive and continue to innovate.

The road ahead is full of possibilities and there’s plenty of work to do. We need great people to help us get it done.
