Is there a ‘home’ department that we are allocated to or are we always moving around?

PM&C Team

We will place you in your first rotation based on your degree, skills, and application; so when you're applying for the program, consider the information that you put into the 200-word blurb we ask you to do. That would really help us with your first rotation placements and make sure that you have a really supportive first rotation supervisor.

You do 3 months in your first rotation and from there, you can either move to your second rotation or extend up to one month in your current rotation. Prior to the 3-month end date, we put on face-to-face networking events which resemble career fairs so you get the chance to talk to representatives from different business areas to know more about the different skills and development opportunities that are available. It's a chance for you to consider where you want to do your 2nd, 3rd, 4th rotations.

We do a couple of these networking events throughout the year and you also get assigned a mentor and a buddy from the previous cohort to help you navigate your way around. When you get to the end of the program, there's no home base so you won't go back to your first rotation unless you want to, so it's really up to you to decide where you want to go permanently.
