Justin [00:00:00] So can you give me a bit of a rundown or a day in the life of what a new graduate's day looks like at EY?

Charlene [00:00:06] Yeah. So our graduates are really consultants. So a day in the life of a consultant - usually you hop online, it's very hybrid working and very flexible working. So whatever time you want to ... you usually start, you might do a bit of email checking and seeing what your day looks like. It's a mix of a lot of client engagement work, so you might be working independently on the project for a period of the day. You might be joining some team meetings for brainstorming. You might then connect with a client, either in a team or 1-1, and then you end your day with just recalibrating everything that you went through that day and set yourself up for next day. So there's a lot of teaming opportunities where you're brainstorming, you're talking with your team about how to tackle the next phase of your client engagement or your project. But there's also some downtime where you probably are just smashing out work on your own and then touching base with your engagement manager or your team leader as well. It is always very different depending on what client engagements you're on and what the timeframe looks like or the calendar looks like. But that's kind of what you can typically expect as part of a graduate day in the life, and there's always time to carve out some learning as well. So our graduates have a really good learning program which is very flexible. So you might even dedicate a couple of hours joining an online workshop or joining a webinar or something that will add some tools as part of the graduate program.
