The Business Development Representative, the Unilever Future Leaders Program is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.

Key Features of UFLP: 

• Duration: 2-year program
• Location: Australia – Sydney base
• Hands-on work experience in the factories and different areas of Supply Chain
• Work with experts across the entire Supply Chain function
• Mentors/coaches from the Leadership team and across the Unilever world
• Access to a tailored training and development plan
• In a highly agile environment, you will be involved in Projects and initiatives that will equip you with the ‘skills of the future’

What do we look for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline, preferably Engineering, Food Science/Technology, or Digital and Emerging Technologies.
• Resilient and confident individuals who can communicate effectively
• Have a passion for high performance and can work collaboratively 
• Should know how to have FUN!

Supply Chain is a fantastic career for you to embark on, the real-life challenges and the opportunities for growth. Through this career path you will learn various aspects of SC function that could include Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement including hands-on experience in SC operations. In addition, you will also acquire invaluable skills such as communication, analytical ability, pragmatic problem solving and operational excellence.
