We receive training every week for an hour. Most of the time the training is run by the more experienced staff but sometimes an external trainer leads the session.

HLB provides training which you are flown to Sydney for (accommodation and flights paid for). They also provide a program that helps grads (with 1 year experience) develop their soft skills to become an intermediate.

It's quite strong. There are plenty of training videos to watch and we have training sessions for the whole department. On the job training is also quite good when out at a client.

The training is very good, especially the training for the graduates. We can learn a lot of useful skills, like how to call to client in a formal way, how to communicate in a meeting.

There is a fair bit of structured formal training, as well as on-the-job training. There is also lots of soft skills training which is nice.
