I work 40 hours a week. My role was to do inspections so my calendar was pre-booked with the inspections prior. Though I wont be having much flexibility in timings but still it is a manageable

I came into this role thinking it would be 9-5 mon-friday everyone sticks to those hours, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The hours you work are generally up to you and you start/finish when it suits you. As long as you're doing your work and providing quality work that's all that matters. This company is the most flexible company with hours and it works around you in my opinion, which takes off so much pressure and makes for a great work environment.

It is flexible, but I usually work from 7:30 to 4:30. It gives me less mental pressure as it is flexible.
