Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Work closely with a Senior/Manager in analyzing and interpreting data to maximize opportunities for a zero-defect culture. 
• Apply project management concepts to manage engagement delivery
• Should be able to come up with innovative methods of achieving goals
• Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives/meetings
• Identify training gaps for self and work with leadership to bridge gaps 
• Develops and shares best practices with team members

About you

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of experience 
• Expertise in relationship building with different roles and levels in the organization
• Knowledge of Blue Works Live, and Visio will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated individual ready to drive tax transformation initiatives
• Has the attitude to learn the new domain
• Interpersonal Skills
• Flexibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools
