Your role

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
  • Define and set the sourcing plans with the help of Senior sources and leads for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team.
  • Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, and recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Manage the company’s image in the marketplace.
  • Candidate management
  • Working with different ERP tools
  • Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.
  • Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or Diploma in Human Resources
  • Freshers or 0-6 months of sourcing or recruitment knowledge or experience
  • Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Knowledge and ability in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
