Your role

Career Framework Role Description

• Contributes to the creation and enhancement of new and existing visual designs, storytelling presentations, or video storyboards, actively gaining knowledge and experience through hands-on project work
• Assists with the execution of projects to improve the user experience, by considering the effects of illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color on the usability of products and their aesthetic appeal​

Responsibilities

• Supports the production of prototypes, visual design specifications, and presentations to develop a visual design that enhances the user experience
• Contributes to the development of design documentation (e.g. style guides, pattern libraries, etc.), partnering with experienced designers to develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• May assist in presenting to and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Participates in brainstorms, critiques, and other collaborative sessions alongside multidisciplinary teams, leveraging growing knowledge to provide useful input ​

About you

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• ​Good understanding of Color Theory, illustration, Composition, Typography
• Basic understanding of Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Suite
• Some working knowledge of Principle, Framer, Figma

Experience

• Demonstrates working knowledge of visual design​
