You get to work quite closely with managers and directors and they all are really helpful and supportive. You are able to talk to anyone and there is no stupid questions.

Yes, but again a lot of staff leaving mainly- to move overseas. Increase pressures on existing managers.

I am satisfied with the managers because they are all kind in answering my questions, even if they are basic. They are easily accessible, both on-site and through the phone.
